Spanish Quiz 2006

ALL is pleased to announce its annual

National 24-hour online Spanish quiz for schools from

17.00 on Thursday January 26 until 17.00 on Friday January 27

The quiz is organised by ALL’s Spanish and Portuguese Committee in

collaboration with the Consejería de Educación, Spanish Embassy.

The quiz will go online on the websites of ALL www.all-languages.org.uk and

the Consejería de Educación, Embajada de España www.sgci.mec.es/uk at

17.00 on Thursday 26 January. The deadline for entries is Friday 27 January

at 17.00. All entries must be sent during that 24-hour period.

Here are the details on the flyer:

Entry is at 2 levels: for schools KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (AS/A2) and for

intermediate and advanced adult learners

20 questions on the history, geography, culture and language of Spain

at each level

Only individual students may enter

Entry must be at one level only

The quiz will go online on the websites of ALL www.all-languages.org.uk

and the Consejería de Educación, Embajada de España www.sgci.mec.

es/uk at 17.00 on Thursday 26 January. The deadline for entries is 17.00 on

Entry requirements

The following information MUST appear on each entry:

Full name

Quiz Entry Level and Year (9-13)/Adult

School/Centre name and telephone number

Name of Spanish teacher and email address
