	Charles Claxton, our former dynamic Chairperson - thanks so much Charles! Interests: French, Spanish, encouraging us all. Work: amrtc.southwark.sch.uk. We know he will continue to be dynamic from the back benches, and he knows that he can come back to the Chair whenever he wants to!
	Peter Boaks, Director of CILT, (seen here presented with a gift from the committee in recognition of his support for the branch both morally and nutritionally), who retired in September 2004, but continued to work for and on behalf of languages within ALL. It was with great sadness that we learnt of his death in September 2005. We shall always remember him as a great friend of the branch. We have included a page with examples of tributes from members of our committee.
